Yes, we do telephone mail orders.  Make a simple phone call to us at (916) 784-7911, one on one, and tell us know what you are looking for. We'll check availability, arrange payment, and ship to you -- usually same day or following day, via UPS or US Mail.  Credit cards are not charged until ship date.
